Return & Exchange Policy

Exclusively OKT Brand:

If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, store credits are available within the first 10 days, once you receive your order provided the return requirements are met in full.

Return Requirements: 

• The order must be purchased from www.o-k-t.ca

• A receipt of purchase must be provided, along with a photo of the merchandise.

• Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return. 

• No visible signs of use including lash glue, removing the lash from the tray, or any other discrepancy with the product. 

• Products must be in original packaging. 

• Sale Items can not be returned. 

• Any purchases that a coupon code was used on are not eligible for return

The shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for shipping costs in regards to the refund transaction.

All refunds are in store credit, equal to the purchase before shipping costs.

Exchanges are eligible on all returns. All exchanges are final sale items.

Gift cards are not refundable, never expire, and are an online only product.
